EEA / separate voluntary consent
Marketing communications consent
This consent is separate from the Terms of Use. Refusing or withdrawing it does not restrict access to everyv.
Effective 6 October 2026
1. Separate and voluntary consent
I voluntarily agree that the everyv provider identified when this consent is given may send me informational and advertising communications about everyv, including plan updates, generally available features, offers, events, research, educational content and related services.
This consent is not required to create or use an everyv account. No marketing checkbox may be pre-selected.
2. Channels and data
The consent covers electronic mail and any other channel that I separately provide or select for marketing. Data used for this purpose may include my name, role, organisation, email address, selected language or region, selected channels and records showing when consent was given or withdrawn.
3. Withdrawal
I may withdraw this consent at any time, free of charge, using the preference control in my everyv account, an unsubscribe mechanism in a marketing message, or by contacting contact@everyv.tech.
The Provider may retain a minimal suppression record and evidence of the earlier consent where reasonably necessary to honour the opt-out, demonstrate compliance or establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
4. Service messages are not marketing
Withdrawal stops informational and advertising communications covered by this consent. It does not stop messages objectively necessary for registration, email verification, password recovery, security, billing, support, material operational notices or performance of the everyv service.
